May 18: China Fearless participants can have the opportunity to traverse one of the seven wonders of the world, as the Great Wall of China Marathon kicks off in rural Jixian. With over 2,000 competitors representing more than 50 nations taking part, the marathon is one of the world’s premiere sporting events. With its unique topography, runners will fight an uphill race as they climb steep stairs and tread uneven terrain over the length of the Great Wall.
